What is it?
Mock Market is a training program designed to fully immerse its participants in Real Estate scenarios to teach how to handle and negotiate transactions from contract to close without having to be under contract.
How does it work?
The core of the program provides a step-by-step training platform that increases with complexity from one session to the next. The design of this game takes real life transactions and breaks them apart into pieces. Cards are drawn that describe a role and participants are called to act out that role.
Why is it successful?
As the players move through the training, scenarios become more complicated, requiring advanced problem-solving skills. The purpose of the course is to provide a risk-free opportunity for players to engage in negotiation, contract writing, and the process of getting contracts to the closing table.
