Once upon a time I stumbled into the New Construction industry.  I learned all about building from behind a desk paying someone else’s bills.  It was during a time that the economy was, well, broken.  So, I switched gears and got a degree in Education.  I taught Elementary school for 7 years and when we had our third, and last child, I jumped back into Resale.  I quickly knew that I loved the whole process of selling and helping others in their real estate pursuits.  As time went on, and the economy boomed, I created a Real Estate team.  At the time, I thought it was my next move but God had a different plan for me.  With every new agent I took under my belt, I realized they were all missing some pieces in order to make them soar as a Real Estate professional.  So, I started to compile experiences and paired with my teaching background, created an interactive program to help others succeed.  Interesting fact, MockMarket was born inside a Middle school classroom.  I was asked to present “Life as a Realtor” and I knew I needed to get creative.  Within 45 mins I had 12 and 13 yr olds selling real estate and having a full understanding of what a Market is.  This got me thinking, if teenagers find this interesting, I know Realtors will!  Many versions later, the MockMarket training program was born.  Since then, I have helped many agents enter into the field and have given them a linear training approach to selling Real Estate without having to be under contact! 

Bottom line, we all succeed when others share the wealth of knowledge.  Will you join me?
